Evening guys, thought i would show you all what i believe to possibly be one of the best ever bargains. This is my 2.9 Adidas Incurza that i bought from Pro-Direct fro £39.99.
I saw this whilst flicking through there website and couldnt believe the price espically when i clicked on it and saw that they only had light weight left. So i placed my order on Friday. I had the usually problem with pro-direct in that i had no dispatch email by tuesday so i phoned them up and they said sorry it had been allocated to me but not sent for dispatch. They agreed to refund my postage and send via next day delivery.
The bat has 6 fairly straight and evenly spaced grains, a little heartwood in RH inside edge, not a lot of concaving and a very nice semi oval handle as well as comming supplied with a toe guard. The bat picks up very well as well and feels feather light in the pickup. . Now the response from this thing is truly exceptional, the bat feels very soft so may take a while to knock in but has a lovely low sound of the mallet and an old ball pings up really well.
The stickers are a bit OTT but that is a small price to pay for such a great bat. I know when i did the which brand thread not a lot of people were fans of Adidas bats but for £39.99 can you really complain??
Just a quick question though does anybody know who actually makes Adidas bats?? I imagine someone in india but unsure who?? Anyway here she is
