Thanks to Fattus, I've got an idea to start a topic that might provide a little bit of use during the pre-season. A bit of a coaching clinic. For those of you that have a little bit of a problem with your technique, post it on here (preferably with a video, if not a video then as much detail as you possibly can), and myself and hopefully Buzz, Nick Saunders (haven't asked them yet), and any others who might be coaches could try to provide small bits of wisdom.
The Rules1. My topic, therefore my rules, and any talk of trigger movements are hereby banned

2. He who posts the first tip shall hold the high ground, and cannot be shot down until the reasons for their advice are made clear (would probably help if you justified your coaching points before needing the discussion, but each to their own)
3. No-one is wrong! Even if it may be to suggest a *shiver* trigger movement, it would be extremely boring and we would all be robots if we were coached the same!
4. Share the Knowledge: make clear your reasons for your advice so that we can all learn from it and become better coaches and better cricketers!
5. No more than 3 coaching points at any one time.... any more will dilute the message and will result in a complete breakdown of technique which may just need a tweak!
