i check the update of mcc may 2008

part 4 is about the blade i think.

part 4(b) says " The blade shall consist solely of Wood " . SO my my brand bat is solely wood.

part 4(c) says " no MATERIAL may be placed on or inserted into either the blade or the lower portion of ............. .

so my question is " DID THE MATERIAL MEANS WOOD? WORD MATERIAL GOT SO MAY EXPLNAITIONS.  I WANT REPLACEMNT OF WORD MATERIAL WITH CLEAR IDENTIFIED MATERIALS. AS IT IS LAW IT SHOULD BE CRYSTAL CLEAR TO EVERYBODY.

IF SOMEBODY ASK ME FOR THE EXPALNAITION OF WORD MATERIAL HERE . I WILL SAY THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT MATERIALS OTHER THEN WOOD, AS IT HAPPEND IN PAST WITH   DENNIS LILEE , USING ALUMINUM BAT ( THIS IS MATERIAL TO ME ) .

CORRECT ME IF IAM WRONGE.

THANKYOU

If your bat has glue in it joining the pieces of wood then it's not solely wood and it does have a material except wood inserted in it. If you have managed to join 2 pieces of wood without glue or any other adhesive then it is legal.

Ring up the MCC Laws Dept and they will confirm laminated bats are banned.

No, maybe I wasn't very clear. What I'm saying is no adhesive can be used at all. Glue, chewing gum or anything else.

;D i like chewing gum idea Tom .  hahahahah .

Law says Bat blade should be made of solely of wood. it didn't mention that it shouldn't be two piece of wood. it didn't say anything about one piece of wood for blade or two or three pieces.

they only said that it should be solely made of wood.

if glue is objectionable material then i will say they shouldn't use it for handle fixing too. becaz according to law the bat should be made solely of wood.

correct me if iam wrong

Thankyou

Jawad, you are plainly too stupid to launch a paper airplane, let alone a new brand. Good Luck.

I say give it a go, try little wooden nails to join the wood together.

i think stupid is not me but the law looks stupid to me becaz its not 100% clear. so many question arises after reading bat law.

iam not launching steel  or iron bat so dont compare the bat with paper airplane.

what is technically wronge with my bat? tel me

i saw 3 inch thick blade bat , and for my bat iam getting the same kind of thickness in two layers of wood.    so  what is diffrence between single piece 3 inch blade and two piece   3 inch blade ?

will u explain to me talisman?

THE BAT IS ILLEGAL no matter how hard you try to tell us it isn't, it is.
