OK GUYS AS IAM NOT CONVINCED TOTALY BUT AFTER READING ON FORUM , I WILL SAY
MY BAT IS NOT FOR COUNTY PLAYERS,  I WILL SELL MY BAT TO THOSE NON COUNTY PLAYERS. IAM SURE MCC WILL ALLOW THIS BAT TO NON COUNTY PLAYERSS.

AS THERE ARE MORE NON COUNTY PLAYERS AS COMPARE TO COUNTY PLAYERS.

SO I WILL SAY COUNTY PLAYERS DONT BUY THIS BAT AS THIS ILLEGAL FOR THEM BUT THE NON COUNTY PLAYERS LIKE IT , WHICH IAM SURE MILLIONS OUT THERE.THEY CAN BUY IF THEY WANT.
iam using this bat in my NON COUNTY league and my league is ok with this.

so all those non county players who are interested can buy this bat.

Jawad, go for it, despite the fact that you have no knowledge of anything with regard to bats or cricket you still type away claiming you do. The bat if you could make it, which you can't, would be banned and as pointed out before would have your branding on it so that it could be identified and the user and their team banned and in league cricket lose points etc. What a great idea, maybe that is why real cricket companies don't use laminated bats.

MB Malik have been making these bats for years, but do not sell them in the UK.

Now since you cannot even design a sticker without asking someone here to have a go for you be a good boy and stick to dreaming.

It's sounds like the kind of venture you would be suited to walshy, with your vast knowledge and experience you would make a great team.

HI ALL MATES

AFTER ALL THIS BORING DICUSSION ABOUT TH EDOUBLE BLADE BAT , I TALKED TO MY BAT MAKER AND WE COME UP WITH THE DECISION THAT WE WILL LAUNCH NEW BAT WHICH WILL BE ACCEPTBLE

 BUT

WE WILL ALSO KEEP SELLING DOUBLE BLADE TOO ,  FOR NET PRACTICES , IF SOMEBODY WANT TO BUY.

NEW BAT DESIGN AND PICS WILL COME SOON.

PLUS MY QUESTION FOR    TALISMAN

MATE WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CARBON HANDLE BAT AND CANE HANDLE BAT?  WHY BAT MAKER INSERTED CARBON IN HANDLE?  WHAT IS THERE MOTIVE BEHIND IT?  IS IT TO GIVE ELASTICITY TO BAT , SO THAT BALL ROLL FASTER WHEN HIT? IF AWNSER IS "YES"

THEN THERE IS NO DIFFERERNCE BETWEEN CARBON HANDLE BAT AND DOUBLE BALDE BAT.

IF CARBON HANDLE IS ONLY THEIR FOR GIVE STRENGHT TO HANDLE  AND NOT CONTRIBUTING IN THE BALL SPEED THEN ITS OK  BUT IF  BESDIE GIVING STRENGHH TO HANDLE IT ALSO SPEED UP BALL SPEED WHEN HIT THEN I THINK ITS ILLEGAL TOO.

NEED UR OPINION PLEASE.

KEEP IN MIND , IAM NOT DEFENDING MY DOUBLE BLADE BAT ANYMORE. ITS JUST FOR DICUSSION AND FOR KNOWLEDGE PURPOSE.

AND ALL OTHER MATES ARE ALSO WELLCOME TO COMMENT ON MY QUESTIONS TOO.

KEEP IN MIND ITS ONLY FOR DICUSSION AND KNOWLEDGE SHEARING PURPOSE.

You mean the carbon handles that are now illegal too?

You are either being poorly advised or are extremely thick, for someone claiming they have a bat maker and are launching a brand, your research is very poor. Your thread seems very similar to another bright spark who is active in this topic.

So you want to produce a really great new innovative bat which performs a lot better just for nets?

Skipper u look more thicker then me ,  if u look at my post iam trying to forward a topic for dicussion but u insted of giving ur opinion or view , you started saying that iam claiming the carbon handle illegal.

i mentioned that what u guys  think about the carbon handle technology .   is it only for the handle strenght  or  there is any other motive behind it.

And Tom  ,  did MCC banned the double blade bat for net practice too?

I looked at your post carefully, more carefully than you have bothered to read anyone else's I am guessing, why ask for advice if you won't listen to it?

1. The bat you want to sell is usless and can't be used in matches.
2. The carbon handle argument is useless because it is ILLEGAL as well, somthing both you and your supposed bat maker should be well aware of."

Good luck with selling super performing net bats though.

This has to go down as one of my all time favourite CB forum threads...

Ok the handle lets not forget Law 6 for Grade A States - 10% or less materials other than cane, wood and twine in the handle - so 10% of other materials can still be used.

So you could still have a carbon handle....

Lamination of the blade is only allowable for repair and that is debatable....  A laminated bat is not acceptable in any form of Cricket.

You and your bat maker need to discuss bit and pieces yourselves.... There is no need in having a bat maker and asking Talisman questions.  Your bat maker will have an opinion and should know the new laws and his handle preferences.

I've been inspired by the thread and have asked my batmaker to make me a bat with a face 15 inches wide, I think this would solve Englands batting woes and be a big seller straight away....

I am getting one sorted out with a super lower drag coefficient and piezoelectric damping for those big hits and fast swing speed, whilst being comfortable in the hands
