Elbows
« on: March 07, 2013, 10:21:19 PM »

Hi what do people use to prevent shredding the skin off their elbows when fielding?
I did a full length dive for a catch on Saturday and my left elbow is in a bad way, I will still go for it out in the field as I am an athletic fielder, but I would love to know what others do to protect themselves.

Thanks

you could wear skins or use tubeygrips. Just stick them over your elbows (watch Faf Du Plessis for an example).

Tubigrips are better.  I find you sometimes get friction burn from skins
