Elbow pain after throwing
« on: March 09, 2013, 09:56:15 PM »

Hi guys, whilst I'm fielding in a match and I throw a ball in with force I get a bad pain in my elbow and it will hurt after and sometimes I can't straighten it out due to the
Pain! Just wondering if its the way I throw or if there are any stretches I can do to prevent this?

I had this last season, get to a physio. It turned out that I had a torn muscle (tiny muscle) in my shoulder that but the action out of line causing agony in my elbow, I couldn't find a comfortable position to hold my arm - it's horrible.
