As much as I love my custom B3 crown willow blade and the service B3 provide, I was niggled that my bat didn't come with a B3 bat cover, considering the cost. I'd be interested in one of these, providing it was properly padded and had a carrying strap. I could be wrong, but the B3 covers don't appear to be that well padded. What are the costs for the entire range, Tom? I'm also thinking of getting an Albion lid.

custom B3 crown willow blade

R u for real   :o

Those crowns are the top deal, arent they!

In reality Bat covers are pretty cheap to manufacture, so cheap that they should be free with any half decent bats.

:D Hah! Well, you would think so, wouldn't you?
A bat cover is a cheap and effective way of getting your brand out there, isn't it.
But I have my lovely B3 hiding in a lovely Newbury bat cover at the moment!

How many other companies send a free bat cover when you order a bat just out of curiosity?

To my knowledge it isnt very many

Gray Nicolls if you spend enough
Lekka
SS/TON

Woodworm used to if you broke a bat haha
And my local(ish) shop used to give you a branded one with any bat, but that was likely just for advertising

Shops with cricket people working in them I've found will generally include one perhaps not the brand of bat but will sort you one
Kook do on all or did and gn
It should be with all bats IMO
Good will at least after spending money on there product

Affinity do bat covers free on the ones I've bought from both Paul and Marcus direct. Both the neoprene sleeves and full length covers are excellent quality. I can't imagine the neoprene covers are cheap to have made

Mine hides in  a lovely GN full size bat cover. People often wonder why my GN bat has this "B3" sticker on it.

The thing with neoprene is that it sort of holds water which seems an odd material to choose as a cover! It may give padding but it might hold water on something you do not want to get wet! I like the full sf ones!
