great batting but yet again the IPL turns into a piefest combined with some comedy fielding. Wouldn't happen in our t20 or the BB.

How about that innings from Pollard for Mumbai. Got to feel for Perera, who would want to be a bowler?

Superb hitting. In the space of 7 balls they went from no chance to an easy victory, it helped that Pollard hit six of those over the rope. White made a big mistake and bowled Steyn an over too late.

Not exactly small sixes either! Pollard factor. It just depends as to how often he can do it!

Didn't even realise that it was the final today. Mumbai are 18-3 from 4 overs.
When it all first started I randomly chose a side to follow/support, my choice of Chennai hasn't been a bad one for success!

considering their past record and the squad they have...not too difficult to predict their success

It was picked randomly, pulled out of a hat in fact. I was lucky! Would be good to see what the franchise system would be like if it came to England.

I would most definitely not be interested! I think its a silly idea personally. As a Somerset fan, I would feel pretty terrible about Trescothick playing for the Eastern Counties Eagles, Trego playing for the Northern Ninnies, and Buttler playing for the Midlands Money Grabbers. Leave it alone, counties have invested in players, for them to se ethem disappear to other areas with more moeny would be heartbreaking!
