I've been wanting to shape another bat for a while, and over the past couple of days I've done this. Got some sanding drums sorted as you can see from the pics, these are down at my Grandad's shed, until I get the garage sorted to build a bench and thing's properly.

Pictures here anyway. Feedback would be great. I need to twine the handle by hand, as the lathe isn't set up yet so will get round to that!

What do you expect the final weight to be once bound and gripped?

I put a couple of grips on when I weighed it to see what it would be with twine and grip. so won't be much more with a scuff
