Well i have bitten the bullet and ordered the lot, pads, gloves bat and bag.  Now its just a waiting game.

Cannot wait to see the bat, had a good chat with Choice and the guarentee he made on performance makes me very excited.

It is a lot of money but you only live once (just dont tell the missus).

I have always supported the smaller brands as I believe you get a better more personal service and i feel the quality of bat has always in my opinion been better.

I am really looking forward to seeing the gear but maybe be waiting a while for the pads as i am LH OSM!!!

Anyway, I recently bought a bat from choice and only a entry level and it is a superb piece of wood so this I reckon will be something to behold, I really look foward to seeing the review and the gear mate.

You never know I may just join you in the praetorian club soon.

I had a little knock with Fattus's Choice bat at a net with him and Pete tonight.....I was very, very impressed. The finishing was top class and it performed beautifully. Picked up nice for a bat with a big bum too.....! It definitely stood out on the night which is all the more impressive as Pete decided that tonight was the night he was going to pick his 'match' bat for the season.....you guys can imagine the bats it was up against!

What i want to know is what bat did Pete choose?

I already know what I'm likely to use once they are fully knocked and played in.
So needed to decide what to start with in the meantime. Best bats were B3 Bespoke or Salix Preasantia g1, so either of those possibly!
But in all honesty the Choice Fattus let us have a hit with was gorgeous and wasn't at all outgunned on the night. The stickers and finish were superb and the balance and feel of the Choice were excellent! Considering it wasn't 100% knocked in and not even 5% played in, it went seriously well! When ready to go I think it'll be as good as most of the top bats I've used! All in all, I was extremely impressed with the quality!
