Ashorne CC (Warwickshire / North Oxon) Looking for Players

Anybody Warwickshire way and fancy a change? We are trying to rebuild the fortunes of the club but we are struggling for top order batsman. I think it's a great opportunity for a youngster to get regular time at the top of the order, or simply somebody wanting a decent bat.

Don't worry boys I'm sure you'll be gutted you didn't take the opportunity to face 45 overs of our buffet bowling when we meet for the first game of the season!

Both about 35/40 minutes drive. Anyways I can vouch this is a great little club that would make any new folk feel very welcome

That time of year, nets have started and we are looking for new players (isn't everyone). Anybody fancy playing at a lovely ground and a reasonable standard of cricket then let myself or Redders know.

And it's time to revive our annual player hunt...

If anybody fancies a change and lives close by then contact myself or Redders. Plenty going on, new players, improving facilities and a great venue.

Great club with superb players that anyone would enjoy playing for, although a rickety bridge between the pavilion and pitch that I'm sure is going to give way to a rotund player one day.
