Since I finished playing professionally I have had my own coaching business coaching individuals from grass roots to professional levels. I have spent a lot of time rebuilding clubs that have struggled over the years having tried to keep up with ever more demanding league requirements which have instigated a lack of focus on what the club is about and its development of young players as league titles have become a greater attraction over all other aspects of the game including enjoyment.
