The Bubble is back?!?!  :o I'm not a huge fan of Kookaburra's gear, but my best mate's Bubble was the best bat I ever used in junior cricket. May have to investigate.

I just had a first hand look at some of the Australian range for 2013/14.  Must say I wasn't that impressed.  The Bubble II's are nice sticks with big full profiles and a nice pickup.  But the other models I saw (Kahuna, Firebird & Viper) were all fairly heavily concaved.  These were mostly middle/bottom end models and some of the willow was fairly ordinary to look at.  I know looks aren't everything but if I was looking for new bat, it wouldn't be a Kook this year.
