okay, so having been offered a true pro bat at MSR prices, by Procricket, I could not resist, so I sold on my BB, and got this, it weighs 2.9 and a bit, with my grip setup and counterbalancing, I have removed some of the stickers as I think they are awful, but I have dulled it down and I think it looks ok now,
this has probably the longest middle I have ever experienced on a bat, it pings from about an inch below the splice, right down to the toe, it has 45mm edges and a 60ish mm spine, and has minimal concaving. it is enourmous for the weight.
procricket included an inner thigh guard as a gift, which was a really kind gesture. he was fantastic throughout and made sure I had all the necassary info, so my thanks go to him.
