« on: June 16, 2013, 04:50:59 PM »

HI GUYS,
Just wanted to know what others thing about SG cricket helmets, are they good ?
They are very cheap , i was looking at :

S.G.Carbo Fab. It's the dearest helmet they sell, here is the description :

Light weight carbon shell for strength and durability
Fully- adjustable steel grill for superior protection
Improved nape adjustor for a custom fit
Protective impact-resistant and sweat-absorbent inner padding with breathable comfort foam
Available in small, medium and large (S, M, L) sizes

Any thoughts,
Cheers
Hayden

Hi there it's me again, I use SG carbo fab helmet. They are pretty good mate and definitely a good protection as they are carbon shell. You can always replace the hardened steel grill with a titanium one. Indian player Pujara uses SG helmet with titanium grill. For that price you can't go wrong. Forma is also a good option.

If possible try and get all the gears from one place, you would save a lot on shipping cost. That's what I did.
