Bowlers Average

How do you work a bowlers average out is it wickets divided by overs or wickets divided by runs?

My average must have been bad today...
7 overs 68 runs 1 wicket :)

I got tonked around by some first teamer who got 120

On Saturday my stats was;

6 overs 4 wickets for 19 runs

So does that mean i got an economy of 4.75 for that day ?

economy is runs divided by overs so its way less
