I think thats rather poor. As you bought the bat from them i would have thought they'd offer to send it back and deal with the return themselves. Not sure how other retailers work but thats how we do it.

they did offer, but the bloke i was speaking to at fordham didnt exactly fill me with confidence, he just seemed to be a wet blanket.   i would rather oversee the process myself and be the first port of call instead of having relayed information.   the only part of this fordham are having in this is sending my proof of purchase to kookaburra

Kookaburra have been amazing and are replacing the bat!   They're sending me a recoil 2,9 and armourtec sheet in replacement     will be with me early next week.  I have requested a very grainy bat

You'll get one with 10 grains instead if the one with 6 they planned to send you originally haha

Here is the new bad boy from kooka.  Recoil 900 weighing in at 2,7 before the scuff sheet. Which is odd seeing as they're usually 2,9 minimum

From ball tap up. Middle seems decent!  Still to knock it in.   Was surprised when I picked up up as I thought they came in minimum 2,9. At 2,7.5. I'm not complaining as 2.7/2.8 is my ideal weight!

We have got 2 recoil 900's that weigh 2'8.

Looks a nice stick, ours look very similar.
