Hello chaps, after some poor organisation/planning we will be closed Monday and Tuesday next week. (15th & 16th July)

I am on holiday from tomorrow until the following weekend and the boys are back on tour with Thames Valley Gents early in the week.

I've come back to chaos in the shop guys, it seems nothing got done while i was away. So if any of you are waiting for an answer etc about something from me via PM or email then please send me a message to remind me as i am snowed under with catch up and things have probably slipped my mind!

Yeah two top guys, had a decent laugh - however Kegs bowling was nearly as bad as my batting...actually nearly as bad as my attempts to get the barmaids number, much to the rest of the teams amusement.

Kegs bowling depends on what he decides to lob down. His spin options are all terrible. His little in-swingers are pretty good, and have even yielded a few Saturday wickets with me stood up to the stumps.

The irony of his story is he came to our club the first time round in 2010 as a keeper-batsman, drank more pints than he scored runs, and left with the bowling trophy after running through teams on hungover sundays with his seamers.

I might be playing on Monday, Shephards Bush? Maybe see you there?

Haha he was bowling his inswingers, much to the delight of the Ealing openers. I'll try and get the day off work and play, definitely will be available for the two September games though.

Ah, he's 'injured' which is why he can't get through his action. At least thats the excuse he just gave....

Robin mentioned some September games but i haven't looked that far ahead. Maybe i'll see you Monday mate, will be good to play in a relatively pressure free environment. I haven't got a bat on a Saturday league delivery this month!
