It may not be as extravagant as others but this is my kit for 2014.











Bats: Affinity Ayrtek, Affinity Toro, GM + Icon Original, and GM + Icon 909.
Gloves: Affinity Elite (continuation of Ayrtek's glove range), and Salix Pod Players.
Pads: GM Originals (white) and SF (green)
Bag: Affinity Wheelie Bag
Wicket Keeping Gloves: Kookaburra 1000's, and Affinity WK Gloves (not in picture)
Shoes: Asics Gel Advance 4 (2013)
Helmet: Masuri (Steel Grill)

how do you rate the kook wk gloves. i am planning to get a pair of the same.

The protection is good but they are super supple. They did not require any "breaking in" whatsoever. Don't think you will be disappointed in investing in a pair.

Just curious...you have invested so much into top quality protection and you have invested in GM 606 range which is considered as the lowest GM grade..any particular reason for that?

With protection it is all man made so you get what you pay for. Higher price = better performance.
With willow it's a natural product, so despite no looking perfect with decent pressing, a lower grade will still perform just as well as top grade willow. Higher price = better cosmetically but no guarentee of performance.

Our skip hasn't learnt the latter yet, took him 3 nets to discovered he'd bought left hand gloves. Lol

But do you know which glove goes on first and the inners mean they go inside the glove?

I like the look of the affinity bag but can't see any details on the website or twitter, do you mind me asking how much it was?

3rd! I played most of my cricket in the 2s last year thank you!
(But I did appear in th 1s, 2s, 3s & 4s at some point through the season)
