Well I haven't paid for it yet - even more surprising that they decided to ramp up the price last minute...wonder what they expected me to say! I'm staying firm and not budging. A price was agreed upon and if they decide not to honour it their loss.

good time of year to get a bargain: Vitas's GN offer is good if you can wait for next season...

Sounds like for whatever reason they don't want(or can't) to for fill your order now and are just trying to put you off.

Jacky - there is no paper work as such (as I'm aware of) but I was assured many times on the price (they did say £300 for a collosus cleft but I made it very clear I wanted it made from a normal cleft).

My brother ordered a normal 2'8 bat alongside me and they are asking £300 for this too! Dumbfounded with all of this. Poor poor service IMO.

Kulli - Yup def feels like this. Been a month and I'm very doubtful they have even started work on anything. Very puzzling because they are running a business after all.

Well I personally feel a bit bad for them in the very slight chance IF they have made the bats and if they are really that incompetent that they mixed up the prices. And I'm at a loss as well (kinda) because I've been played around with for close to a month! Guess I'll have to move on though. Ah well....

Yea take your money elsewhere, sure there will be plenty of others interested in your business and you can get excited about a new bat all over again  :D

Pretty poor from Kippax but I'd expect as much. Bought one of theirs when I started playing again 7 years ago and it was dead, I used it twice and called them asking if they would repress it and was told it would cost.
