Can anyone please explain the groups in this? Ireland are in both group A and B and there are 6 teams in group A but only 4 in B??

Japan bolwed out for 21 (after 18.1 overs), SL in reply get it in 1.4overs.

Now this is something in which the difference in class is really shown. I'm glad that I didnt pay for a ticket to that one. Maybe they should do best of three?
