Unfortunately it'll likely go into the 'Gear Guide' collection - I've been keeping all the tested bats since Belly's with the intent to make up a display for in the HQ. This will be the third since he got involved so that'll be enough to get the display started :D

Boooooo :D

It really is a beaut!

I always try to add something constructive (hence not posting that much!), but I've got to make an exception here... Oof, that's a good-looking bat!

Couple of GM signatures I’ve picked up recently. Good grains on both

These grains are pretty exceptional for a Butterfly grade

Outrageous for a butterfly cleft. If you win the cleft lottery and get another butterfly like that again... 😅

Had to do a quick update on this post just to show how much willow can fluctuate in weight... quite a significant difference to some.

Pre-sending to the Cricketer:

Upon return:

Nothing different about the bat, other than that the Cricketer's offices must be a lot warmer than here!

I'll do an update in a few weeks and see if anything's changed, has me intrigued to say the least.

This is why bats should be kept at room temperature, but it's not always possible.

"Room temperature" covers quite a variable level of temperature and humidity mind.
