I'd really appreciate comments from those in the know as to whether this bat on ebay is legitimate or not ;

Many thanks

I know very little about Slazenger bats, so I won't comment on its appearance but just reading the description
 " The bat was a V900 Ultimate 2011/12 model, the bat has been refurbished & updated to a 2013 V360.
the bat is brand new & never been used."

Why would you refurbish a brand new unused bat?

Unless I'm seeing things it has yellow marks on the scuff which surely means it has been used

Its not, because Slazenger have not done long handles or long blades since about 2004.
