My first Warsop bat
« on: September 15, 2013, 04:43:51 PM »

I always wanted to buy a traditional style bat with small edges and little concaving and Warsop seemed like a good choice for that.

Picked this up from ebay for£36 ,seller was a very nice guy and he told me that this was in fact made as a Warsop Platinum but it was only stickered as a Perfection due to a small blemish on the shoulder of the bat.(That's what Warsop told him). Seller also had a Warsop Platinum and he said both bats are practically the same.

All around it is in decent condition.

Short handle , 2lb 9oz , 8 grains

Here are the pics

What's wrong with them now? Having owned a couple of Warsops, they are amazing bats. I think Tony is highly underrated.

I didnt say there was anything wrong with them now. I believe that bat makers go through periods when they are at the top of their game and I felt this was then! I quite like their bats still currently.
