As much as I despise all England players  ;) I'd love to see KP wearing one of these

Aww, you haven't met any of them!

I reckon you'd have more chance of seeing Tendulkar dropped and the IPL folding than seeing him in anything other than what he wears on his melon now.  Similarly KP - as much as he should be contractually obligated to wear it, I have a strong feeling he won't.  Me? I'm sold on them!

When KP was with WoodWorm he wore their crappy helmet, then as Adidas didn't have a lid he went Masuri but I remember seeing him using Albion during a spell in SA.

I don't reckon he is too fussy with kit

Hopefully he'll have one of Tom's lids on for the ashes down under then, two test regulars using them would be great exposure!

Is Steve Finn still sponsored by adidas? Possibility of 3 ayrtekers in england kit at the same time!

The new Ayrtek lid will do some serious business if it is endorsed at the professional level.

Albion and Masuri have been resting on their laurels for too long with a lack of innovation.

I fully welcome this! Well done!

Finny is with woodworm now but would've great to get it back on his head.

He was in the pub actually after the trade show but looked like he was on a date so didn't want to interrupt!

I think he's with Woodworm now.

Actually, as he wears an Albion lid getting him in an Ayrtek might not be out of the question!

do u mean in terms of custom colours mate or club crest/initials?

we wont be offering custom colours in 2013-14 but we are hoping to explore the miAdidas route where people can design their own colour schemes for 2014-15.

in talks with the retailers currently about the club crest/initials offers that will still be available this year.

Nice to see Carbs bringing the lid so much attention with his big knock in Hobart! http://www.alloutcricket.com/ashes/featured/gear-this-week-the-carberry-helmet
