Hero in a Half Shell....people are often quizzical towards things they have no knowledge base about.

Fact of the matter is we designed the helmet from scratch to perform in the cricket environment.

I have always been curious about what is different in the Ayrtek helmet from the conventional helmet designs...is there a link which maybe explains the technology behind it?

Botham made comment last night too about the safety factor in retort to warne so at least the pundits know the situation...in all honesty it still amazes me the amount of chatter it generates, it was trending on twitter at one stage last night!! Bizarre

I have seen Sangakkara using Ayrtek helmets for so long and not many have commented on that but Carberry's colors stand out along with the size of his helmet/head.

Here's a quick snap of our 1st prototype #AdiZero helmet, lighter than a standard RawTek were looking to minimise weight without compromising on the safety provided.

this looks great

have the peaks reduced in size over the first models .... this doesnt look as much like a ducks beak as they used to

No mate exactly the same mould still, think it depends on colours and the use of pin stripes prob highlights them further.

After 2 trips to London in the space of 3 days a certain ex England international has opted for the RawTek model for use in the various T20 tournaments going forward :D
