It started in 2005 with A. This would make C4 April 2007.

I was always told that the number was the batch number rather than the actual month.

Just realised the Newbery I picked up from Lords today doesn't have a shoulder stamp. It's 5 star are they still stamped?

When I picked my bat up last weekend, none of them had shoulder stamps on. That is to say until I bought mine, where he put the shoulder stamp on after I had paid.

My Tour has got a small '1' stamped on it, but it is very faint. Not sure what it means...

Chad - that '1' stamped on the shoulder means that you need to sell it to me for the Princely sum of �1! They obviously left the � sign off!
