Hi All,

With the cricket season slowly disappearing into Autumn, I suspect many forum members are experiencing withdrawal already. Not to fear, we have come up with a series of events over the winter to keep you occupied. These events combine our favourite activities:-

Playing Cricket
Buying Cricket Stuff
Food and Drink

Not necessarily in that order!

From October onwards, various forum sponsors have agreed to schedule CBF events. Anybody who went to the Choice Event last year will be familiar with the format. Essentially it's a cricket net followed by food followed by some shopping at the Sponsors premises (or the other way round). The schedule we have so far is:-

This is just an introductory topic. I am creating a topic for each event. On each topic the sponsor will arrange the dates, places and timing for each event. Each event is run by individual sponsors and may vary in the order things are done.From there it's up to the members to submit there availability and pay the sponsor the agreed per person fee for the event.

Norway is possibly the worst place ever to be Scottish, we are well known for our grippyness. Couldnt believe how much my drinks were on my stopover there!

Crap to visit, fine once you are on a Norwegian wage, then it's happy hour in every pub in the UK when you visit.
