OK, the 5th seems to be the best for everyone, so subject to net availability at The Oval that evening, we will go for that. Please pencil it in if you're intending to come.

I'll need to get a better idea on numbers to book the net/s, so if you are definitely attending, please PM me an RSVP and we'll take it from there.  I will then check the costs and sort out payment etc.

What time will this be running from? I will be working but should be free from 2:30 onwards.

The net will be in the evening, after closing time (6.30).  The event can start around 5ish in the shop, but this is flexible - depends entirely on what the attendees prefer!

That works for me, currently working at a school in east London so should be able to attend. Carrying my equipment around London for the day could be interesting.........

Not sure, haven't given this any thought at all, to be honest! Gut feeling is there will be no demo bats, unfortunately.

With Pauls permission i am happy to bring some of ours. Wouldn't want to bring any he doesn't stock unless he says ok, but for example, I'm happy to bring the Hunts Turbo demo we have as i know you have asked about it.
