Nike Cricket Footwear 2014
« on: September 24, 2013, 08:09:27 PM »

We have some photos of the new cricket footwear range from Nike, but are having a bit of trouble trying to upload them here...we will add them to our facebook page tomorrow morning.

There are 3 models...Lunar Dominate (High Cut), Lunar Accelerate (Low Cut) and finally the Lunar Potential (Rubber). They look really good and are comfortable too..some stiff competition for Asics, Adidas and New Balance!

Hope you don't mind Vinay :) ... I think Dominate is the low cut version though

Thanks Arvind!!..and yes you're right the low cut is the Dominate.

The photo you have is for the Indian model...the UK one is actually a darker blue. If I email the photo across to you, perhaps you wouldn't mind uploading it here?

Have used the Potential myself and have to say really really light weight shoes that will give adidas and asics run for their money.
Didnt know there was a difference in models for UK, will be interesting to see a few pics.
Any idea when these will go on sale ?

Do you have any pricing in mind and availability - guess no cheeky forum offers? ;)

Does it say where they are made?
How much are the rubber ones likely to be?

Sorry, didn't check on where they were made. As for the price of the rubbers, cant quite remember off hand, will be able to confirm that tomorrow.

Have worn my Dominates for most of the 2013 season and I love them. They have been my recommendation to everyone enquiring about footwear recently. February seems a long time for someone with the temptation of some Asics on end of season sale in front of them, but they are worth the wait.

I believe most Nike footwear is made in Vietnam. I have a pair of Lunarglide running shoes which share the same Lunarlon sole plate as the cricket range, they are also Vietnam made.
