Reminds me of an M&H for some reason.

I don't claim to know anything about grading wilow, but the grains are nice and straight and there's lots of them.  Will the pin knots make that much difference.

I am going to stick my neck out and probably get shot for saying this but is this Grade 1, 2 at the minimum.

the pin knots will make it feel firm in the driving area, lovely to play with but not perfect, id go grade 2 but will go like a tracer bullet out the middle !

Think people we're waiting for a bigger explanation,

Where's it from? Sports direct?

And the pic doesn't tell us how it plays?

this kind of grading post frustrates me, sorry for being grumpy.

not a single person asked who pressed it and how does it pick up?

of you only buy a bat for its grade they you will waste a load of cash.

by the Wright's guide, that is a g3 bat.

that won't stop it being a good bat though.

You're forgetting all CBf bats pick up like pencils and are pressed by TK pixies.

To be honest it picks up ok a tad bottom heavy but it just shows what you can get for under 50 pounds it felt so wrong only giving silly money for it when I am use to paying hundreds off pounds out to be totally honest it plays just as well as a bat I payed 300 pounds for it just shows what you can get when you look hard enough

Must say the forum is helping me learn a lot about something I have been playing to decent standard for years. Looked at the JS Wrights grading and understand about the heartwoord making it a grade 3.

It does look lovely and for the money you must be laughing.

Hard to grade the performace of a natural product from a photo.....

As per many bats on the forum I imagine it goes like a golf ball off a tennis racket. The ball will fly off quicker than a fat kid at a buffet etc etc

no it's not Kashmir willow it's the slazenger v100 icon entry level and it was a sports direct bargain it was interesting hearing what you guys had to say but this is the sort off bat that the money making grabbers on eBay would clean the slazenger stickers and then add some nice stickers off a different brand and then charge 200 pounds .but this is the sort off bat that guys should look to bye if on a budget as plays very well and sounds nice and will not snap after one go like the fake Kashmir willows bats on eBay will do
