Left Arm Spin - Grip, Action and Release
« on: October 13, 2013, 07:41:57 PM »

I've mentioned it a couple of times on here - just wondered if anyone had seen a good coaching resource or weblinks to the above - specifically from the perspective of a left arm spin bowler - not an Off-spinner.

Pictures of the grip would be particularly handy.

I am guessing you mean Left Arm Chinaman/Leg Break bowler when you mean 'Not an Off-Spinner?

Nope - don't overthink it Ginger! Just mean left arm finger-spin, not right arm off-spin.

don´t know if I´m over simplifying this or confusing matters, how about looking at this in the mirror for the grip...
