How to apply reused labels?
« on: October 19, 2013, 09:32:45 PM »

After a bit of a disastrous day yesterday I now have two bats in need of repair. The one I'm most concerned about, The handle went in my Hattori (labelled up as a Tempo) and has also cracked the outside toe. I'm a bit surprised the handle has gone as the bat has very limited use but I guess handles are a bit like KP, could snap at any time.

I am dropping the bat in for a new handle today and have taken the labels off and would like advice on the best way to re apply them as I really like the H4L branding.

As an aside this is the best bat I have used/had, one Guy said yesterday it sounded like a shotgun going off, maybe that was the handle snapping?

Cheers

I have unsuccessfully tried a few contact adhesives like Pritt stick , Bostik fast tak to stick back  Newbery Tour stickers which I believe are supplied by the same company as H4L . The best result was achieved using these

Heat gun or hairdrier them off, glue should come with. Let cool. Then heat gun them back on slowly when ready. Defo do not use a pritt stick!
