Nice, long exposure of the new lid. Congratulations to all involved. It'd be great if it gets even more exposure throughout the Ashes and if today is anything is to go by then Carbs may get a good go!  Have any other players been given/going to be using one Tom?

Really Pleased for Carb's as he has been a solid performer this season and deserves his chance, just hope the Selector's pick the guy for the series as he can score quickly and both him and Cook look a good partnership plus it means Rooty can go back where i think he is better at 6.

alot of it comes down to individual choice with the helmets and what they feel most comfortable in.

there maybe the odd helmet contract if they brand in question produces bats/softs as well.
