Best description I can find:
"Dye sublimation is a process of printing onto fabric (and other substances) that provides the best quality, most durable printing option. In sublimation, the inks are fused into the fabric as opposed to sitting on top of the fabric like inkjet or screen printing. The process not only gives fabrics a softer touch after the priting, but it is also very durable. The colour remains strong in outdoor lighting and after extensive washing so it’s the ideal process for sportswear and school clothing."
Basically means no printed or stitched logos which can fall off, also means you can choose any design you want and this is computer designed and then printed onto the shirt. Rather than simply choosing a piping option from an off the shelf shirt.
On our bespoke team wear, would be unable to offer much of a discount unless committing to a larger order than that, as a large local club have done.
If we were to go down the route of something more off the shelf (eg a stock shirt from kook, samurai, gray Nics, hunts, nike, Adidas etc) with your choice of colours/trim/piping and an embroidered logos, then we could look at a bulk discount.
