As u know I also got 4 special bats , 2 of them are unique as they have stickers which are not released. I also have pod grade 1 and torque player, will post photos soon

Asad from what I and all the others at your store at the weekend saw, most of your bats are special, yea those 2 unique  Salix bats are lovely and possibly will be the only 2 ever to be seen. They are also unique in there profile as well so make sure they go to a good home (namely mine for free :D)

Hope you don't mind mate but I'm not going to go into what machine work and tools he has and how many etc without talking to Andrew. When I'm there next week I will ask if he minds me uploading some more pics.

Hope that's ok with you.

Andrew owns Salix and started the brand in the 90's. last year we released HItshard as a sister brand to offer fully handmade bats at a lower price point. We also wanted to to separate this brand from Salix so used a completely different design concept but still fully overseen by Andrew and Ben.

At the Croydon net KRS I will explain and show you some HitsHard gear and let you have a hit with my bats. Hope that gives a basic answer to your question

Thanks for that, got more questions but I will ask away at the nets lol.

Look forward to checking the gear out

Great thread Soulman. What are the crayon markings on the face of the bats? Is this his grading?

The Crayon marks indicate who the bat is for so a certain colour is a certain store.

Chris,
Thanks for providing the info, Andrew did show me photos of the new work shop. It is good to have someone like you on the forum to share the info. I am glad he is working on my bats and can't wait to have these in our shop.
Regards

Does he need a skivvy? someone to just make him cups of tea and bring him biscuits, and stroke some wood (cricket bats of course) and just generally sit there doing odd jobs, I'm cheap if he's interested. I just want to be there and see it all

What I would give to spend the day learning from Andrew. One lucky bloke getting the opportunity to.
