apparently Steve Davies is being flown in to Johannesburg as cover for Matt Prior - as we speak!

Good total in the end id say think we were 15-20 runs short with Ravi, Broad and wright falling for 10 runs between them but certainly a good run chase to follow now from the Southies!

Yeah seems strange Trott isnt in the mix with his one day avergae being pretty decent! Ravi had a chance to add a few but went too big too early IMO instead of milking the singles to get morgan back on strike as he was seeing it like a beachball

I think its a real shame that there is so much god risih talent but instead of letting the Irish rise in the cricket world, england just nick their players. Look at Ed Joyce - One  match for England and now he is in the wilderness, playing for Middlesex and cant return to the Irish national team. Same for Dirk Nannes of Australia and many others

He can play for Ireland again but he has to wait 4 years to requalify, Same happened to Gavin Hamilton played one test now back playing for Scotland
