How long does a repair usually take?
« on: November 22, 2013, 09:55:52 PM »

I sent my bat off for a repair to the shoulder early October. About two weeks later I got an email saying that the repair was FOC which it was really pleased about. It's now been a month and I haven't heard anything. I emailed them last week but am yet to hear back. Should I be worried? Just really miss that fine bit of willow.

I think your find they are very busy this time off year and they take pride in their work so I would not worry about it and I sure your have your bat back soon have you rang the workshop to chase it up

Repairs are about 4 weeks normally and indeed at this time of year we are very busy with repairs as people start thinking about tidying up for new year or winter nets etc.

If you have sent an email Vicky will reply she is very good at responding to emails but by all means you can call the workshop for in update mate
