Who is the fastest player in international cricket?

Evening chaps, I haven't been on this forum for a while due to the fact I've been studying very hard. Title explains it all, who do you think the fastest players are in international cricket (running speed). To make it more fair I'll break it down into two categories, who do you think would be the best at the 40yd dash(acceleration)? and who do you think would triumph at the 100m. My guess would be Andre Russell in both categories, Warner could be in with a shout too.

Michael Carberry and Michael Carberry.
Before he retired Dwayne Levrock would have been up there I'd imagine  ;)

Yep, Andre Russell without a shadow of a doubt; it's been said he can run 100m in around 10 secs so if he hadn't become a cricketer he could have been a sprinter.

Dwayne Smith ... Ran out five essex players in one night is memory serves me right...
And RTD the flying dutchman- him and James Foster together are rapid between the wicket.

Russell supposedly ran a 10.45 100 in high school, Yohan Blake also said he's probably the fastest cricketer. Warner, Carberry and Dhoni are awfully fast too.
