the Ajk I got last year is just coming into the best bat I have ever owned, it took along time to get it to "firm up" a lot of bowling machine balls and indoor nets and cricket and I must say the middle is huge, very little concaving on mine and still 2"8.5. its a beauty, but I will be getting one of these too ;-)
