My 20/20 pads spraying experiment

Well decided to sort out my 20/20 kit ready for the season so I thought I would use my spare pads so here goes

I'm using my sareen sports embossed pads lets see how it goes

Wrong colour for my team and I bet there normal men's size not hobbit sized

Chris the pads are the same design as 90 per cent of the Indian team wear mate the embossed ss ones

No a very good pic but here are my Puma 6000's....were a pain to spray and the paint keeps coming off / sticking to other gear in the bag...might have something to do with whatever material Puma use to make their pads...anything that feels more cloth like is better to paint than say Puma/GM type pads.

Id use a plastic primer if ur spraying them as it will help adhere the paint to the pads once sprayed. You can get it it B&Q for about £8 so worth using as the undercoat before adding colour as its transparent.

Would it be worth sanding a bit to rough up the surface so the primer/paint sticks better??
(Just an idea and I only haven't sprayed pads before, going on painting a car haha)

No mate you don't need to rough them up as that would show through the paint otherwise as its quite thin when spray painting coats on.

The less paint you can use whilst getting complete coverage the better to avoid paint runs etc.

I will show the produce I have bought intrestingly he said do not use spray laquer he sold me some ronseal laquer which needs to be brushed on

All systems go I just dot know weather I can bring myself to do it to the pads now
