Yeah Fabian is who I'm talking about. We've been playing a couple of friendlies against them every year for about 15 years. They are all top boys to boot.

Fastest....hmmm...Kenny Benjamin and Chris Silverwood were an "interesting" opening attack on an early season deck at Castleford, and Paul Hutchison was seriously quick before injuries got the better of him, plus there was a Barbadian lad played for Bolton who was scary as all hell, especially as he looked like the Predator.  Sonning have had one or two quick Aussies down the years - Cam Gannon being one - and I played against Mark Harrity a few years back who probably wasn't as quick as the first few but felt it because my reactions are not what they used to be.

Andrew Caddick when I was about 13 was pretty quick, playing for Somerset in a Brian Rose Testimonial game. More recently, Callum Hagget and Ben Rudge from Ashcott and Shapwick!

Played against Eldine Baptiste a long time ago; I didn't actually see the ball leave his hand; just a thud as it hit the keeper's gloves 25yds behind me! Other than that, Kevin Masters (David's Dad), when I played up at Lordswood in the very dim and distant past; he used to scare the living you-know-what out of most folks! In more recent years, there was a SA U19 lad, Warryn Hauptfleisch, who was pretty damn rapid!

With my age and accompanying reflexes, I reckon Swanny would prove a stern test speed-wise these days!

I haven't faced anyone with serious wheels, play regularly with a mate who bowls around 70 but that's it haha.
