Affinity Cricket & Vitas Cricket
« on: January 24, 2014, 12:25:18 AM »

We are delighted to announce that after a lengthy (in a good way) and genuinely enjoyable meeting today we will be stocking Affinity Cricket equipment from mid February.

I know some forum members may have already visited Paul @ IJC for one, or indeed gone direct to Affinity for the unique expereince of a Persona; something I strongly encourage you to do. So this post is aimed more at the many forum members who are local to us, or indeed you Northerners up the A1 who felt a trip to London might be a little far ;)

We are very excited to see what the future holds after one of the most exciting meetings we have had in our short existence. :)

Really top quality bloke is Marcus, and really top quality equipment. I'm predicting a rise in sales for Vitas :)

Good to see some positive Affinity comments, i'm not sure how many we will sell locally but it is good to see there is a wide following for a brand so new.

Soulman, i am not sure they will be here for the forum day, i will ask but Marcus did say mid Feb.

I've got a Toro which I love, the balance and pick up is really good for a decent sized bat. I fancied a full sized bat so sent Marcus a message on twitter on Sunday afternoon. He asked for my number and rang me back 20 mins later, had a good 45 min chat and I ordered a Spectre. He is a top bloke, very good service calling me on a Sunday afternoon!!

I got the elite soft bundle as well, can't wait to get the kit! Ordered a Spectre LH in 2.13, Marcus thinks he'll have it out to me in a couple of weeks. I'll post pics when it arrives

Marcus has taken on the Elite range we previously produced as we obviously no longer have a brand name in the market place. Im confident they are very good quality as the gloves were easily our best seller from the soft range.

They're really nice gloves, always wished I'd held onto the pair I sold to wilkie but I was downsizing - I also think that the affinity colour scheme is even nicer than the old one (no offence Tom). Marcus does seem like a really good bloke and if I could afford it I'd have an affinity bat, hope they sell well for you Jake.

haha its ok mate i agree, the colour scheme ties in now properly with the Ayrtek Edition bat marrying it all together nicely....marcus's eye for detail can take credit for that!
