As my budget was limited I've gone for an Adidas Premiertek with a steel grille. If I'd had more of a budget it would've been a Rawtek all the way, but I don't spend enough time at the crease at present to justify it lol.

To be honest, when funds allow I'll be more than likely sending it to Tom for a club crest (and pinstriping if possible). I'd exhausted the limits of my current diposable cash with this purchase, but I have no doubt that it'll be an excellent addition to my bag. Means I can evict my poorly fitting GM budget job as well.

Welcome to the adidas team, I'm sure you won't be disappointed as the newer models are lighter than the original Ayrtek steel version which was something we set out to achieve with the new range.

We can add pinstripes and a crest whenever you're ready just drop me a line.

I'm still contemplating one but I have spent so much money on cricket gear this weekend.  And then there's Stretton fox's I would like to get my hands. Way to much great gear on this forum.

The postie has been. All set up, fitted and adjusted. Very, very impressed.  Feels instantly better and more stable than my old helmet. Show me the way to the nets!

Good stuff, the adidas crest is there in the box if people do want to add them but IMo i think it gives a more complete look

Agreed. I thought it looked a bit bare coming out of the box, but the logo finishes it nicely
