I've given her a tap with the bat mallet and it will come as no surprise that she pings beautifully with a lovely deep and rich knock. I do think that I've been incredibly lucky - the weight could have been an issue but the pick up is spot on. I've got a M&H original high that doesn't pick up as lightly as this and it's lighter!!
Now all I need are some matching blue and green softs.......May be some graffiti gloves if they get put into production!!

Bought the same bat in the same deal and am really impressed. Edges are huge compared to previous Pumas I've had. 2'10 for me as well but as you say picks up nicely.

Since being barred from the For Sale section I quite enjoy the 'lucky dip' aspect of buying online and not knowing what's going to turn up. Then again I'm quite sad!

Puma's chromium gloves have a similar colour scheme off the looks of it.

Those graffiti gloves already seem to be finding a market!

As someone pointed out...Pro direct also have Pulse 5000 gloves for sale at £36

Got yourself a bargain there lad! I've toyed with PDC a few times but I'm pretty fussy with weights and only having the lights/medium/heavy choices puts me off every time.

I'd rather pay a bit more and get the bat in my hand before purchasing.
