No, it goes to overtime, then, Dave! Theoretically, a game can be a tie after overtime, and this happened in one game this season with my Vikings, but for the Superbowl, they would have some sort of sudden death situation in this very unlikely eventuality! If a game goes to overtime, it's normally after at least 10 points by each team has been scored, though.  For one team to get a clean sheet, or as the Americans say, "shut out" is very impressive, but for both to do it in the same game is almost unheard of.  The offences are generally too good for that.
