Hi guys, I just took delivery of my butterfly grade bat from Paul at Aldred and well I'm more than a little bit in love with it, its a 2.6/2.7 bat and the pick up is so light, and the face almost blemish free it was a total steal! Thank you for sorting this Paul!

I have a question about up keep though, does a butterfly grade bat require the same amount of oiling etc as a regular G1 bat or more, it may sound a silly question but I don't want to under/over oil this beauty.

Jake, I'll want this knocking in/toe guard put on, when are you next passing

i wouldn't oil it right away.. will make it very difficult to put it in bed, next to you.
