If you ball 6 crap balls an over you will get punished!
If you ball 3 overs of high intensity bowling, with the batsman panicking and jumping about. When that seemingly bad ball comes, there eyes light up, and instead of putting it away, they just put bat to ball without a thought to were it's going.
That's called pressure, and pressure can only be built by bowling well.
It was Definately smiths error, but an error caused by Johnson's bowling.
