Are the Adidas ones still the white colour and not the traditional "cream" colour?

North gear - I'm an XL but their XL seemed huge and very baggy hence why I want to get something new
North Face clothing must have the most generous l sizing ever, if you're an Xl normally you would be a Medium in Northface. It's better than a diet, I've dropped two clothing sizes overnight!

Best trousers I've owned are the gray nics ice trousers, unfortunately they don't do them anymore

Puma padded wicket keeper trousers best by a mile for when diving around rough outfields

That's another fine mesh he's got you into...

The addidas ones are incredible!!!

Lightweight, comfortable in rain, blazing sun or freezing british summers.

Very hard wearing, have sustained many dives and showing no signs of wear.

This made good reading for me last night.

My new club has all Adidas team wear this season and I was a little apprehensive of it all at first. It's a bit flash to get mud and grass stains on  :( Price was a bit of a jaw dropper as well for what I normally pay out in club kit. Saying that if something is worth the £££ I don't normally mind paying it. Usually tend to drop on pairs of Kook or GN from the season just gone in the sales and pay about £10-£15 MAX and they have always served me well. Especially the Kook stuff! Last year we had Surridge team wear and although the leisure stuff was top notch and the tops and jumpers were decent, the trousers were bloody awful. Very scratchy and thin. Ruined after about 5 games fielding at cover / point.

Mine lasted a game, one slide in the field and they disintegrated, was gutted that they turned out to be a waste of money  :(

I have had kook, slazenger, gm, newbury.

All disentegrate during the season, and are quite useless towards the end off it. But then I do buy cheap, whatever is less than a fiver in and off season sales.

Got some more sports direct specials for next year........

My previous pair lasted 2 or 3 seasons, so hoping these will last me for a while.

I've easily gone through 2/3 pairs a season for the last few years exactly for this reason, Just has to be done!!

Oh yeah. its an absolute must!!

And a good slide and pick up makes you look awesome in the field. everyone knows it. If you can do that you are class. You can see the batters discussing it after each over. 'Damn that guy slides, we wont be able to sneak 2/3 from him, we will have to try and score somewhere else'

Same if someone has the old canon arm with ZERO accuracy going on. 'Damn, he has a big arm, we had better stop running when he picks the ball up. And look how dirty his trousers are, he DEFINITELY slides a lot'

I should know, I've made my career from utilising those 'skills'

My wife told me to buy a new pair! The Nikes lasted 1 season of falling over (sliding for the over 40's), extensive rubbing around my bottom (team shiner), and sitting around (out early and chuntering).

My wife actually lets me buy stuff. Guitars, pedals, watches, but she TOLD me to buy more cricket kit.

Now you know why I married her!
