Best Cream to prevent Chaffed Knackers
« on: March 06, 2014, 02:54:16 PM »

In line with previous pencil and trouser threads, I though I would bring this up?

Anyone have a preferred unguent to apply to the plum and thigh region on hot days to avoid the burn of the chafe, and angry red skin?

(As I am now a teetotal athlete, this is obviously a request for other people who are not me?)

I don't use cream, but find talc powder works well.

Sudocrem! If it works for babies nappy soreness and red skin, then it should work for almost anything!

And certainly gentle enough for you baby soft skin big boy!  ;)

Sudocreme is very good - or decent baselayers and you won't need any of that stuff!  Skins are the best...

Talc helps prevent any chaffing, Sudicrem to stop it getting worst. Can't believe I'm typing this!

I think you'll agree John, that safely ensconsing your love-eggs without chaffing is far more important than any of that other poncey stuff!

Not sure, but I hear that Thai Square in Putney is an effective place to try it out...

I think that toilet water stuff is over-rated. Last time I was splashing some on the seat fell down and cracked me on the back of the head...

Bodyglide and Lanacane anti-chafing gel are both good.
